"We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. The beds were really comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding area is stunning and the cottage was a great base to explore all of this. "We had a lovely stay at Donross cottage; it is a lovely cottage in a great location with wonderful views across Lough Conn. The only issue we had was with the showers that were not that powerful and difficult to regulate the temperature. Mary was a fabulous host who went out of her to make us feel welcome."

As it was our wedding anniversary I requested a nice room, and they listened. Just lovely, right beside the river. A very relaxing stay, no Covid worries, no crowds, I hope to return on our great big anniversary next year

We only stayed one night - I wish we could have spent longer here. We had a drink in the Boathole a fabulous relaxing dinner at The Kitchen, walked the walking path one the grounds and visited an old cemetery and megalithic stone site. You can fly fish, shoot clay pigeons, do archery or falconry. Very classy and beautiful place. Definitely worth the money to stay here you won't be disappointed. The staff and very kind and classy.
