We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines! The cabin itself was well equipped and cozy. Our host, Jessica, was very communicative and provided information in advance of our stay. Staying in the bunkie and looking into the stars was such a unique experience! Also loved the Nordic Spa for an added measure of relaxation.

Nice Cozy Stay

Very clean and nicely decorated "tiny home". Our guests very much enjoyed the A frame bunkie, and appreciated the heated bed on the colder nights. The sauna/hot tub/firepit section was an excellent spot to hang out and relax. Hosts were very responsive to any questions or requests that we had.

This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cabin is very comfortable. Jess has really gone above and beyond to make it perfect. Well done!! We hope to return sometime.

What a beautiful property. The spa war easy to use and it was so peaceful. It was a bit of a drive to get there but it was worth it. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Girls Weekend

We had a girls getaway weekend and this was the perfect place to do it! From the moment we walked in everything was perfect! Jess is a very thoughtful host and we had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend including towels, robes, coffee, tea, and even a charcuterie board upon arrival! You can tell that Jess has put a lot of time and thought into each little detail. We can’t wait to make this our yearly getaway! Highly recommend :)

Peaceful Weekend

Four friends staying here for a relaxing weekend. Overall this was an amazing place. First, Jess was great with communications from booking right through to the end of our stay. The place was the best equipped rental I've ever stayed in. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes, spices and condiments. We were given a great little welcome package of snacks as well. The outdoor area was great! Nice privacy fence and a very large firepit area. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were really well done. Our biggest concern was the listing saying 2 bedrooms, plus loft in the main cabin. Reality is, 1 bedroom, loft and a day bed in a common area. It worked ok for our group, but for anyone expecting the privacy of a second bedroom, it doesn't exist. The A frame Bunkie was a great little spot as an additional bedroom. The location is on a nice dead end road. We would certainly return for another stay of every in the area again

Detail… impeccable.Jess thinks of everything—from a fully-stocked pantry and farm fresh eggs, to robes for the spa, and quick, friendly communication… The cabin was the perfect getaway destination for my sons, their girlfriends, and I to enjoy some beautiful quality time together. The house was charmingly decorated but much smaller than we expected. The main bathroom shower and sink would have been better if larger. Some of the kitchen drawers were difficult to open and we couldn't get stuff easily out. It would have been nice to have a microwave while the two ring stove top was initially difficult to figure out and use. Thank goodness there were lots of fans about as it got hot very quickly in there. The A-frame bedroom could have also been bigger to accommodate a bureau for clothes. There was just enough room for a bed. It was a blessing that the bugs didn't bother us there. The clean port-a-potty by the door was convenient though a bit 'icky' to use if you know what I mean. I would have made the cabin bigger and not focused on the hot tub, BBQ and sauna area. We didn't use any of that. Understanding that many people do, I guess we didn't appreciate or realize how much of a 'spa' experience was the sell on this property.
