DO NOT jump off the decks into the water. The water can be shallow at times and jumping off the deck into the water can cause serious injuries.

Please DO NOT park on the grass. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. If you need more parking spaces, please park along the street.

There are many different types of marine life in the water, including alligators and sharks. Swim at your own risk.
