"Pros
Rooms were large enough for our needs and clean overall. (compliments to the housekeepers on the 16th floor for sorting out some small issues for us so quickly)
Beds were a little too hard for me but that’s a personal preference.
Shower/toilet is small but I think is typical for HK but all good none the less.
Shampoo, shower gels and hand wash provided in refillable pumps.
There are 4 lifts which can get busy at times.
There is a self-use laundry room includes 4 washers and 4 dryers. Tokens can be purchased at reception.
Great location for Jordan MTR station, bus stops and within walking distance of Nathan Road.
Good choice of local eateries if you don’t have meals included or just want to try the local delicacies (hotel guests are entitled to a discount if you decide to dine in)
Staff were professional and very helpful and can converse in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Cons
The rooms could do with an update as they look tired but all essentials facilities was provided.
Unfortunately, the original room that was allocated to us had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. However, the reception staff were more than happy to help change the rooms for us
The hotel was very busy during our stay in August (which is always a good sign but meant check-in was slow)
Overall, hotel is in a great location for tourists and good value for money, staff were professional and helpful.

"Location was great! Close to all the shopping and dining and Victoria harbor. The MTR is right next to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it was a busy hotel with lots of guest coming in and out all the time, you didn't have to wait for the elevator. "
