The room clean and and the pub downstairs is really nice, especially food. It would be good though if they could serve breakfast in the pub but it doesn’t open early enough. It’s a nice area although a little rough around the edges.

The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

Hotel Staff are Excellent. The room was clean. The Reason i have not given 5 stars..... The hotel is very basic , no bar , no restaurant (only pizzas) the gym has minimal equipment for the size of the room instead they have chairs with books to sit on. They could of utilisedthis space with free weights ...

Room was excellent and beds were very comfortable . All staff were helpful and welcoming . Breakfast also was excellent . An excellent location to stay for a visit to Harry Potter studios as well as shopping in Watford which was excellent .
