"The property offers shuttle services to and from the train/bus Penn station. When calling I was informed to call the hotel and let the know my arrival to be picked up. Upon doing so staff informs me that the shuttle will arrive in about 5 minutes. After 15 minutes passing I call the hotel back to explore the ETA of the shuttle. I am then informed that the shuttle only leaves once every hour and would not be available until its slot in the next hour. This was very frustrating considering it was 11 o’clock at night and could have been avoided with proper communication. "

"The airport shuttle was the most important feature for us and it was so fast! Literally 6 mins from when I called for it and when it picked us up. Then about a 3 mins ride back to the airport the next morning! Perfect!"
