"So we stood there for one night and than ended up adding an extra one with this hotel. We didn’t think it would be an issue and we figured we would be allowed to stay in the same room considering we are the “in house guest” and that is suppose to take priority. When I went to the front desk to book it for another night I was informed that somebody reserved that room so we had to pack all our stuff up and switch rooms which was very inconvenient. I understand things happen, however as someone who use to work in a hotel myself, whoever is staying in house is SUPPOSE to have top priority because we are the paying customer. It was just very tedious because we had to up and move everything. And ontop of that, the AC in BOTH rooms we were in were barely working. It was hot in the room the whole time we were there. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again because of these inconveniences."

"Great choice for a hotel. Parking garage attached to the hotel. Well maintained and good layout. Great rooftop pool. Several restaurants within walking distance including two breakfast places and a good restaurant inside the hotel. A full five stars in my book especially for the price."

"I would not call this a luxury resort for its price. The pool is very small and everybody is always fighting for a chair. The add-on prices for everything are insane. You pay for literally everything that you thought you already paid for when you pay thousands for your stay. You will get charged for your breakfast you will get charged for the parking you will get charged for all of it so be prepared! The elevators are the worst part of the hotel. People were very upset. You literally spend half of your stay waiting for the elevators because the staff uses the same elevators as the guests so you can never catch an elevator and it’s 25 floors of people. I definitely would not go back to this hotel. on the positive side, the staff was very nice."

"My stay at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale ended in a dangerous and completely unacceptable experience. Around 9:45 PM, while leaving for a dinner reservation, my friend and I were assaulted by another guest on the property. Someone from the 8th floor threw wine glasses filled with an unknown liquid substance directly at us. This was not only intentional but extremely dangerous—this could have resulted in serious injury. What is even more concerning is how the hotel handled it. We immediately reported the incident to the front desk expecting urgency, concern, and action. Instead, the staff was dismissive and failed to take the situation seriously. No meaningful steps were taken, no sense of accountability was shown, and we were left feeling unsafe and unheard. This is a serious safety failure. A hotel of this standard should have clear protocols for handling assaults on their property, and the lack of response is unacceptable. Guests should not have to worry about being attacked and then ignored when reporting it. I strongly urge management to review their security measures, surveillance practices, and staff training. Until then, I would not recommend staying here if safety is a priority , BEWARE!"

"Breakfast actually hurt our stomachs. The eggs and bacon were weird. You only have bread and bagels as options. For coffee it’s Folger. Fruit selection was very slim and we were told not to touch the good fruit when a mimosa area came to be. Our sleep was ruined by the fact that every morning we heard weights being dropped on the floor. For a 2 night stay definitely ask if you’re above a gym if you want a good nights rest. The pool area is infested with mosquitos and could use some remodeling. The parrots and the lizards made you feel like you were in paradise. However the dirty koi pond could be cleaned up. Fish are important too. "

"I split time between Pier 66 and Four Seasons on Ft Lauderdale beach. Both are excellent with superior staff and assistance. As for Pier 66 tremendous location on intracoastal and main highway expands over intracoastal using the best but busy 17th street causeway. Views of harbor, ocean and surrounding view of Harbor beach from an incredible 365 view in tower. (It circles by the hour) The location provides 5 star pool, restaurants, and marina that have so many options you never have to leave the location. Room was clean, well built with large TV, beautiful view and porch for evening. Most part quiet with all activity around area. So if you want top shelf 24/7 location reside at Pier 66 it’s all included."

"This worked perfect for my short stay and need of a neat place to crash at for 2 nights. I didn't have any issues. There was one night that the next door tenants could be clearly heard through the wall that separated both rooms. Thank God they quieted by midnight and I could sleep. But overall this was a pleasant stay. I definitely will reserve again, when I come back."

"Stay at the Omni was amazing. Free upgrade to large room with balcony definitely a surprise when we checked in. Room had champagne on ice, extra water and towels when we arrived. Don’t sleep on the chocolate covered pretzels either! Pool area was amazing with plenty of seating. Bar right by the pool with plenty of servers taking orders from your seat. Location was good just 10-15 mins to beach and Las Olas. Property is new so super clean. There’s a cool bar on the rooftop level called Ibis that is worth checking out for a drink. Food overall at the hotel was average not bad just expected a little better based on the price point probably the only downside."
