"I saw quite a few restaurants close by, easy in and out of parking lot to go which ever direction you needed. Staff wss friendly and acommodating if you needed anything. Close to ATT stadium, Ranger ballpark and Six Flags plus more. I would stay here again."

"This townhome was absolutely perfect for our stay. A few members of my team and myself really enjoyed everything about the property. Our only regret was we didn’t have enough time in our schedule to relax and enjoy the property more. Check-in and checkout process was seamless and very professional. "DO NOT BOOK IT!! The second day of our stay, the kitchen literally flooded from the dishwasher because it appears to be improperly connected to the sink. Sour, foul-smelling water poured onto the kitchen floor. When I reported it, the host, Jonathan, responded by saying it was a “minor issue.” There were only four towels in the entire property, so we had no choice but to use those towels to clean up the sour water. It then took nearly the entire day for additional towels to be brought to us, and the dishwasher issue was still never repaired. We were repeatedly told that a technician was coming, but no technician ever arrived.Beyond that, the property appears to have several conditions that do not meet City of Arlington code standards. The way the AC units are plugged in appears unsafe and not up to code, and the water heater located in a closet without any protective barrier presents a potential fire hazard. The overall impression is that the unit was remodeled poorly and is not being properly maintained, yet it is still being marketed and rented to guests. Pictures are definitely photo shopped! "
