"We had a wonderful stay! The weather did not agree with our vacation as it rained most of the time, but the condo was awesome! We had everything we needed and more. Clean, nice, and fully stocked! We had 2 adult couples and had plenty of privacy for ourselves! The view from the Lani was phenomenal and definitely started our mornings off right. Many thanks to the hosts!"

"Jasmine and Fe were very helpful. Jasmine helped me out finding leis and Fe was very supportive of checking out. We will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and helpful, grounds were clean and walking distance to a very calm beach, really great if you have little kids "

"We had a great stay! View of ocean is beautiful. The layout of bedrooms was perfect for 6 of us with bunkbed for kids. Location is great to explore Maui easily. Pool is small and unheated which made it harder to utilize because we had a bit cooler weather but would be fine in warmer weather. Host checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy. "

"Our family really enjoyed staying on this property. This condo had everything we needed. The AC in the master bedroom did not work for us at all during our stay, but it didn’t discomfort us at all. The property manager did come asap and try to work on it. We slept with the door open and the strong AC from the living room flowed into the bedroom. We also plugged in a small fan that was available in our room. Bugs were a problem. Even though we kept all doors and windows shut, we were swarmed inside by little black bugs. We’re from Hawaii so we understood these things happen. The more lights you keep off, the better. The hot tub was glorious. Not many hot tubs get that warm, and we appreciated the relaxation! We didn’t cook, but if we wanted to, EVERY cooking tool needed was available! The spacious refrigerator and freezer was fantastic for our family of 6. Communication with property management was excellent. They literally responded to us after 9pm on Easter weekend. We didn’t use the beach items, but the house was fully stocked with everything you would need for a family beach day. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. Airplanes fly right over but that didn’t bother us. Beds were comfortable. The room with the bunkbeds don’t have any outlets so that was inconvenient…we had set up charging stations downstairs so it worked out fine. Overall, totally recommend this place! "

"Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! Bed is comfy but squeaky. Cons The walls are thin so we could everything upstairs and around. The only mirror in there was a small one above the bathroom sink, Im 5'1 so I could only see my eyes and forehead. You can tell the building is old there was wood rot visible. There were markings on the door which could easily be covered with paint. There was a wet smell/odor in the room. We bought an air freshner to help with the smell. The freshener helped while we were there but the smell is there everytime we return! The furniture is old and looks dirty/musky, I would recommend the host replacing it or just dumping the chair. The towels matched the room colors but looked worn out. Overall, if they renovate this place then I might return for the location, convient parking and host communication. This place has good potential but maybe needs more tender love and care."

"Aloha! This was a great centrally-located condo for exploring Maui. However, we were disappointed to see that the beach directly in front of the condo, as shown in the photos and highlighted in the advertised condo description, is no longer there, and even the stairs are long-gone. In order to access the beach, due to the eroded/washed out seashore and missing stairs, a 5-minute walk down the road and through a park is necessary. This was not difficult or unpleasant, but frustrating since we thought we would have direct access to the beautiful beach as pictured. The grounds of the condo are beautifully kept and very peaceful. The location is quiet, and many beautiful blooming flowers all around. Inside the condo, we were pleased with how well stocked everything was. However, the toaster was broken and we found the bedding in the secondary bedroom to be well-worn and old; both beds were very comfortable though! One of the ceiling fans stopped working, which increased the inside humidity, and there was only an AC in the living room, which did not help in the bedrooms. We could not find a fuse-box, likely locked inside a closet. Some of the beach chairs were very tired/broken and need to be replaced, but we were happy to have them to use during our outings. We struggled with ants in the kitchen, despite keeping everything very tidy, but that is somewhat expected in the tropics. However, additional cleaning products (wipe/spray) and a dish-drying rack would have been helpful. "

"We were right on the ocean actually it's a bay during the Hana low storm the waves were crashing into a retaining wall right in front of the condo shooting water straight up it was pretty crazy"

"This is great property, one of the best I've stayed in. The appliances are newer and in great condition. The condo is clean and well appointed with comfortable furnishings. The hosts are quick to respond to messages and very thoughtful. I have already rebooked for next year. "

"The unit is nice and clean. Well stocked except for bar ware. Unfortunately the direct deach access from the condos is permanently closed due to erosion of the bulkhead."
