"Pros: To start with Ms Carmen, the front desk staff was very helpful and kind. We booked 2 Queen studio rooms. She tried her best to give us the rooms close to each other. We requested late checkout which was accepted with no extra cost and she did make a note to add the new check out time in our reservation Rooms were spacious with all the amenities. Ample of parking facility. Location is a plus point with walmart/ mall closeby. You need not to go far to buy something especially in chilly...

"The room was clean but the furniture was clearly beat up and in poor condition. The water pressure was terrible. There was trash outside of the entrance that was never cleaned up. The pool hours were not being enforced nor was the pool water clean enough to swim in. The worst part about the stay was that the breakfast was inedible and there was not one clean table to sit at. Trash and food covered most of the tables and the ladies working the downstairs area were leaning and talking to each...
