Experience the best of North Lake Tahoe at Modern Rustic, located in the Kingswood Condo Complex, just 2 minutes from the beautiful shores of Lake Tahoe. This newly redecorated three-bedroom, two-bath condo is perfectly situated near downtown Kings Beach and Northstar Ski Resort, making it an ideal base for year-round mountain adventures.

Upon entering the condo at ground level, you'll find a welcoming entryway that offers ample storage for coats and shoes. The primary bedroom is located at the far end of this floor and features king-sized comforts, two spacious closets, a television, and a private balcony. The second bedroom also boasts a king bed, a cozy reading chair, and stylish decor. These two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a stand-up shower. Convenience is key, as a full-sized washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.

Ascend the stairs to reach the inviting main living space that artfully combines classic ski-inspired finishes with modern touches, creating a playful mix of color and texture. The vaulted ceilings, live edge dining table, exquisite stained glass accents, and vibrant greenery bring the area to life. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need and offers plenty of prep space for preparing delicious meals for family and friends, along with a breakfast bar that seats three.
