Conveniently located near Kings Beach restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, this cozy mountain retreat offers comfort and convenience in every season.

The open floor plan features a large dining table, fully stocked kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for gathering after a day of Tahoe adventures. Expansive windows fill the home with natural light, and a spacious back deck provides the perfect spot to relax among the trees.

The primary bedroom features a California King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, and the hallway bathroom offers a shower only for added convenience. A rollaway twin bed provides extra sleeping space.

Entertainment is easy with a ROKU TV and a variety of games for cozy nights in.

• PET POLICY: No Pets Permitted.

• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.

• PARKING: Limited to 2 vehicles. Street parking is never permitted.

• DISCLOSURES: Home does not have a washer or dryer. Backyard area is currently off limits but will be available in Spring 2026. Currently, there is no grill (unavailable during the Fall and Winter months). Unit is the entire upper level of a triplex. Garage is not available.
