Fabulous lodge, really comfortable.

Fabulous lodge, really comfortable. Very spacious, plenty of room for a family, had everything you needed to be self catering, or to entertain.Great having two bathrooms, which were completed to a very high standard.Overall a really lovely lodge.

Lovely lodge with good facilities but the main area for improvement would be to add air conditioning as it was very hot and we couldn’t sleep as the lodge was like a sauna although I appreciate in the UK this is only an issue about 1% of the year.The staff were excellent and the area has some nice places to visit such as Sandringham

The lodge was clean , warm and spacious for 2. On-site facilities were good. Overall we are enjoyed our stay. First time in a lodge. Will look at other sites nearer coast for a future stay.

Had a lovely 4 night break at Norfolk Woods. The lodge was very spacious and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I did feel that the lodges were quite close together and felt rather overlooked.

The lodge was perfect. Comfortable beds. Everything needed in the kitchen - never expected a dishwasher and washing machine! There was only two of us in the party, so we had a bathroom each and 3 TVs to choose from.

Oxburgh is a lovely 2 bedroomed lodge with enclosed decking.

Oxburgh is a lovely 2 bedroomed lodge with enclosed decking. Only slight criticism is that the heating can't be controlled, so it can be hot when not required, and cools down when maybe it would need to be warmer.

Overall nice location , just lacked staff barer anyone in reception / shop closed earlier then advertised / a welcome pack would of been nice to let us known how things worked in chalet etc / we struggled with appliances. Could of done with a hoover in chalet / The cot we had was broken. Apart from that the holiday was nice just wasn’t a 100% on certain things. I would give it a 7/10.

No complaints at all, apart from the fact that it would have been helpful if there were instruction

No complaints at all, apart from the fact that it would have been helpful if there were instruction booklets for the hob etc. We couldn't get the hob to work at all (we use a gas cooker at home) and only really wanted to boil some eggs but didn't bother asking reception as only 2 days left of our holiday and we were fine eating toast! Just a thought for the benefit of others in a similar situation.
