An open plan design incorporates the fabulously equipped kitchen and dining area into the living room, creating a sociable space to cook, relax in and enjoy a few wonderful meals together. A soft blue and neutral colour scheme throughout are in keeping with the apartment's beach side location, and a wonderful balcony complete with bistro table and seating makes the ideal spot to enjoy an open-air breakfast or a refreshing aperitif.

Torcross is a small village that has a delightfully quaint atmosphere. The calm, safe waters are ideal for families; and miles of beach to run on make it great for dogs and their owners too. Positioned within easy reach of some of South Devon's best beaches, Blackpool Sands is just around the corner, as is the vibrant and popular town of Dartmouth.

Pets: 2 Pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £25 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
