Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This spacious barn conversion is in the heart of the village of Bolberry, just a short distance from the National Trust beauty spot, Bolberry Down. This versatile home is the perfect place to create memories that turn into myths and legends that are talked about for years to come. Bacchus Barn is not just for this year’s staycation, but you will want to return year after year after year.
Enter the passage with access into the kitchen/dining room or straight through to the rear garden with outside dining table and chairs. At the front of the property there is an outside seating area with loungers and two more tables with chairs. In the passage you can hang up your coats, leave your boots and dry your dog if caught in the rain. Once in the property, the large fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a substantial meal or rustle up a snack with a dining area and access to the living space. There is a formal dining table at one end of the room and comfy sofas available with a tv and access to the rear garden. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The communal bathroom has a bath and shower and then bedroom 1 has a double and a single bed aswell as an ensuite with a bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has a superking size bed, bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a single bed and bedroom 4 has a double and a single bed. Up the stairs and straight into the 5th bedroom which has a king size bed and a jack and jill bathroom with shower with access from both bedroom 5 and bedroom 6 which also has a luxurious superking bed. Turn to the right of the stairs and there is a second sitting room with access to bedroom 6. This could be a great space for teenagers or holding a yoga session for a group of friends. This versatile space has so many options, from multi-generational staycations to group holidays for a retreat. Whatever your reason for visiting, Bacchus Barn will only delight!
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events - Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property - We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home - Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm - It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property`s electricity supply.
