    Walk in through the front entrance and the door to the bedroom is on your right and the bathroom is straight ahead. Walk through the bedroom to the double doors out to the secure garden with dining table and chairs. Back in the hallway is the washing machine and the open stairs upto the kitchen/living area. There is a small but fully equipped kitchen, with a dining table, sofa and chair plus the added benefit of a woodburner for those cosy nights. Please note, we do not supply wood.

    We operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge upto £400 for any additional cleaning or damages cause during your stay and not reported. This includes damages caused by dogs, children and adults.
