"Very nice place"

"Clean hotel and room. Clean linens. Comfy bed and pillows. Bed just has a duvet, thin blanket, and top sheet rather than a comforter. We got a bit cold at night wish there had been a comforter. Breakfast was good. Apparently their food order was scheduled to arrive the morning we were there so they ran out of bacon and eggs so breakfast person was making fresh eggs and sausage. The pancake machine broke and there were some grumpy people waiting for food. Breakfast lady was scrambling and I was quite impressed with how well she handled it. Manager needs to keep better track of food supplies. Overall we would definitely stay again but would request a comforter or blankets. "

"I've visited annually for several years, facilities are good and staff was excellent. Disappointed in B'fast buffet that was part of the package; ran out of food 2 hours early. Thought they would offer a credit! "

"Staff were great just rooms didn't have enough cleaners I had to change few rooms to finally be in a decent room"

"Our family of 5 stayed here this past weekend to go to Elk Mountain for our daughter’s birthday. I highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean. The free breakfast was excellent. The amenities were great…the indoor pool & hot tub were nice to have. Our youngest is a toddler and him & I were able to walk right from the hotel 5 minutes away to a Chuck E. Cheese…so he had the best time too! The hotel staff (especially Jerome & Kevin) were SO friendly and helpful. They really went above & beyond to make us feel welcome and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Can’t say enough great things about our experience!"

"Room pretty good don’t like being forced to watch Binghamton New York local television stations when I should be watching Scranton Wilkes Barre. Staff that checked me in on Friday afternoon seemed unfriendly."

"Doors all slam, so you wake up any time someone on your floor goes in or out of their room. People were smoking in their rooms, smell came through fan in bathroom. Dirty carpets. Pretty shabby place. "

"My kids wanting for a few days at Elk Mountain. This property was perfect for the 3 of us. I’m sure if it was bitter cold at night we could’ve enjoyed the outside a bit more, but the cabin was all we need for a quick getaway to ski. We played a few games, cooked, watched some TV and slept. If we head back to the region again, we will see if Caro’s Cabin is available!"
