8.6/10 Excellent! (130 reviews)
I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests. You’ll find that walk in enquiries paying cash appear to now have priority!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,239 reviews)
"This hotel was great for my weekend in Bath. The location was convenient for seeing the city and getting to and from the train station. A very quick walk to the spa and the Roman baths. The room is spacious and well maintained. The only negative I have is the breakfast. The food was stale and bland. ..."
