Miss Rose is a friendly, warm, hard-working employee . She usually is the one that takes your free lunch tickets at the entrance door. Nice hotel with great amenities perfect for family.. The gym was very nice clean and the machines all worked Beautiful pool and game room area. Our room stay was clean, and the thread and pillows were comfy, and the air conditioner worked very well.. We’ll definitely come back.. They also have a restaurant and also a happy hour which I have not gone to..

The room & property were very clean. The staff outstanding. A special thank you to James at the front desk & Andrè in The Venue. Would suggest that at check in guests should be notified that housekeeping needs to be requested by 11:00 am (I didn’t notice the sign). For a nicer hotel, coffee should be available in lobby in addition to the small coffee maker in room. I would recommend to friends & family.

While the property was relatively clean and welcoming at the entrance, the state of the room we were given was deplorable. The musty/mildew smell in the room was immediately noticeable as was the uncleaned bathtub. After putting our bags in and opening the window, there was a strong smell of urine in the space near the window and we discovered the chair in the room had a very noticeable stain that could only be caused by someone urinating on it.
Another room was not available and front desk sent us someone from maintenance to spray the room and remove the chair and we took care of washing the bathtub ourselves.
The beds were comfortable and clean, so that is why we are not giving this hotel a complete 0 in our review.

The place has a very confusing layout. My room looked out onto a covered amenity area, with video games, which meant that there were lights shining into my room at night, and no natural sunlight. The sign for the hotel from the road was unlit which made it a little hard to find at night, which I thought was peculiar. There was no room make up service, which I guess was ok but a bit disappointing. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast but so I can’t attest to the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the room clean but it could have used an open window. It was a choice I made because there was no other availability in the area for alternates, so I was grateful to have a room but I can’t say I would repeat the experience.
The staff was very nice. I wasn’t very happy because I was supposed to stay at a different hotel but Expedia overbooked so we went all the way to the hotel and then we had to go to another hotel that Expedia booked for us because they overbooked the other one that was a big inconvenience for me and my family. The Regency hotel was nice but needs a lot of upgrading the inside where the rooms are is way too dark the carpets are dark. The doors need to be replaced. There was no body wash in one of the showers cause I had two rooms. It was a complementary breakfast however it was very unorganized very understaffed. The waffles were in a different room that nobody really knew about. I had to ask for water so someone came out and gave me a cup of water. They definitely need to just hire more people and renovate the hotel.
Our stay was overall decent, and there were definitely some positives. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was great and reasonably priced, and we enjoyed the entertainment during our stay, including the DJ on both nights and karaoke night.
However, there were also some concerns. We reserved two rooms, and the door to one of the rooms would not shut all the way. The other room had ants, flies, and roaches, which was disappointing and made us question the cleanliness of the room. We were also concerned when my daughter was approached by a random man in the parking lot at night. That situation made us feel uncomfortable and raised some concerns about security.
Despite these issues, we did enjoy many aspects of our stay, especially the friendly staff, affordable breakfast, and entertainment. With improvements to room maintenance, cleanliness, and security, I would consider staying here again.
The AC in the room didn’t work
The breakfast wasn’t good at all . The tables in the restaurant all were dirty !! the chairs were dirty you wouldn’t want to tach them .
A lot of equipment was broken at the recreation space

I booked the trip and paid in advance. I was traveling from out of state. The luggage was dropped off in the morning and in advance of check in. Upon returning later in the day for check in, the room had been given to someone else and there were no other rooms available….so another hotel had to be secured at a different location some miles away.
