"Book a night at village hotel walsall staff member booked us in took so long thought we was sleeping at reception got to room and no milk or coffee then put tv on and could not get any signal and couldn't even watch anything when I mentioned this Sunday 31st may 2026 was told they would get maintenance ..."

"Very nice and clean place, and the bed was very comfortable. However, I didn't sleep well, as the hotel room doors slammed constantly. The doors do not soft close. They are heavy and they slam. This needs to be addressed. I would stay here again if I knew they could fix this issue."
