A requested refrigerator was supplied for my medication. Reception desk staff friendly and very helpful and willing to please"

The staff was extremely helpful, securing us a coveted parking space when we had to move our car. But the biggest surprise was that the complimentary breakfast was worthy of a Michelin star.
