The apartment was in a great location, right on the waterfront a few minutes walk to the centre of village and great restaurants. It is spacious with all the necessities. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms as there were only 4 of us, but all beds were made up to be slept in with very comfortable bed linen.

Perfect spot in Kinsale

This is a very comfortable, spacious, well equipped home overlooking the beautiful marina. The many windows make it bright and airy. Excellent beds and linens, very nice towels, everything you might need in the kitchen. Geraldine was so quick to respond to any questions and even accommodated our need to check in early. We have only very positive things to say about this property.

Close to everything in Kinsale and a private parking space make this apartment very desirable. It is spacious and clean. Kevin and Gerardine are easy to contact and responsive to requests. I have rented their place multiple times and will be back again.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful place!

This property is clean, light and bright, with lovely decor and the comfiest sofas I've sat on! The kitchen has all equipment you might need and there's even basics in the cupboards like salt, teabags etc. Kinsale itself is just beautiful. It's like an artist's version of a little holiday village. There's an abundance of pubs and restaurants, quirky little gift shops, art galleries and more. Lovely walks and a clean sandy beach. We will certainly return to Kinsale and would rent the same apartment in a heartbeat!

The perfect apartment with wonderful hosts

We travelled to Kinsale for the yearly Kinsale Shark Awards, on business. The apartment suited our needs perfectly, what with there being two bathrooms, and it being fully kitted out for an extended stay. We quickly fell into the pace of life in Kinsale. On top of the Gerardine was an amazing host. Fast to reply, and incredibly helpful with fantastic restaurant recommendations. We will be back, for sure!

Lovely place in the perfect location

We really enjoyed our Kinsale stay!! The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable for five adults. It’s walkable to anywhere in town and is a 30 minute drive from Cork, which was convenient to us. The apartment is energy efficient; the interior doors are thick and heavy (self closing; you need door stoppers), and the heating/hot water system are on demand. You have to remember to turn everything on and off as you go, including outlets. After about a day, we got into the rhythm of it. Gerardine was responsive and answered our silly questions quickly. Our only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer!

Super location

I was was super clean and very accommodating for our Family. Location was perfect, walking distance to harbor and town. host was very quick to respond to our concerns.. beds were super comfortable and gathering area in living room was very nice. The only things we did not like was the host, had a washer and dryer in the unit but it took a very long to do a load. Getting up at night and doors were very loud so getting up throughout the night was interrupting others sleeping. The parking spaces were so small that there was no room on either side to open your doors once in your parking space. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and location
