Pool/ Soa heat: If you need to add pool/spa heat during your stay please let me know at least 3 days prior your arrival. The heating fee is $50 per day - for stays of 7 nights or more, we offer a discount of $40 per day.
If you booked last minute, I will try to arrange for you.

BBQ ACCESS: We have a BBQ on site available to the guest at an additional one-time cleaning fee of $40. Note We do not provide propane.

Very clean! Well put together and everything we needed! I would highly recommended this property for anyone that is looking for a nice family friendly vacation. It is close to everything! My boys really enjoyed the pool and fishing in the lake.

Great location for family time

We had a great time as a family of 6 at this Kissimmee location. Jackie our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is centric, safe and you can also enjoy serenity of the community- friendly people. The home is very comfortable, clean and had all we needed for a great time at parks and to enjoy the home and pool. Food and groceries within 2.5 miles. Highly recommend!

Disney Vacation Home

The house was immaculate, just as described on VRBO. Check-in was easy, I got a detailed email a few days beforehand with door/gate codes etc. The owner responded right away when I had any questions/issues. The house was clean and comfortable. We had more than enough room. We will definitely stay here again on our next vacation!

Family vacation!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, modern, and nicely decorated! pool & hot tub kept grandkids delighted for hours! It was located within easy driving distance of attractions. Jackie was very helpful before & during our stay! I would not hesitate to contact her again!

Quiet Neighborhood gated community

I would recommend setting up the heated pool days at the time of applying for the home. Waiting 3 days before arrival to the property did not work well.

This was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway.
