Outdoors
For an affordable price, our larger pool, is much more than just a dip pool you can expect in most villas. The pool is 28ft. x 16ft with a very large spa area, please see our photos for the best view. The pool & spa have free solar heating, and during the summer months they reach 84 degrees, so why swim in a small cold pool. From November to the end of March, you can choose electric heating for an extra charge of $25/£20 per day. This will heat the pool to 84 and the spa to 95 provided the pool blanket is kept in place when they are not being used. Pool heating must be ordered at the time of booking. Our large extended pool deck has sunshine all day, and all outlets to the pool are fitted with child alarms. There is also an under-cover area perfect for outdoor seating and dining with both a fan and lighting. The whole pool area has been refurbished in 2025. You are also allowed to fish in the lake, but if you are lucky to see a gator, NO NOT attempt to feed it, it’s against Florida law.

Indoors
Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is where we live for 4-5 months of the year. All that we need to live in comfort is here for our guest to use. The whole house has full air-conditioning. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, a TV, alarm clocks and plenty of storage areas. There are 3 newly updated bathrooms as our photos show.
The main room has a 54' HD multi-channel TV with Spectrum and Roco, plus lots of other entertainment channels. It also comes with free 5G WIFI. We are constantly updating our properties furniture and fittings, so don't be surprised to see changes to our photo's.
We are managed by a local company and if ever needed, help is just around the corner, their phone number is in their book. You will see that we overlook a lake, and fishing is allowed.
After many enquires, we would like to confirm that there is NO SMOKING inside our home. Smoking is allowed in our Lanai and around the pool area.

We do not loan out our BBQ because of health and safety reasons, but to ensure you have a clean and ready to be used one, they can be rented. This is a safe and healthy way to eat outside, and you know it comes with enough gas.
Also within the Crescent Lakes community there is a tennis court and children’s play area. All our prices include all fees, so no hidden costs.
