Great location as it was close to Kista Galleria and the foodhall. Commuting was easy and convenient. However, the hotel room was missing some basic amenities, such as a mini fridge and a kettle. The pillows were quite small, and there was no soap in the dispenser for handwashing.

Clean comfortable room- great shower and a super breakfast with so much choice. But by far the best thing about the hotel is the staff! All so friendly and helpful - In particular Monika and also colleague on Saturday and Sunday - they are a credit to the company :)

On arrival the shower arm was broken , Tv didn't work at all for the whole 15 days we spent there, we literally watched Tv on our phone..2kids no tv and they were so miserable.
