"The breakfast was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly. I requested late checkout and I guess there was a miscommunication or language barrier as my card was deactivated so had to go back through the process to get that redone. Overall great experience and will be back"

"I think if I was a 12 year old kid or a huge fan of Godzilla I would have been over the moon. However, I was on a business trip and while it was adequate for sleeping I lost a lot of time trying to work as there was no desk. The internet was slow, and there were no upgrade options. Overall if you are on holiday it's a cool place to stay, but for business definitely pass. The breakfast was at the Sizzler and I passed because there are great restaurants all around the area. It's clean, but the rooms are extremely small and it was always crowded in the lobby. Staff was friendly and seeing the Godzilla head was cool and all the membarbila was interesting. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but nothing bad to say about the experience. Overall a nice hotel centrally located in the heart of Shinjuku, but if you are staying here it is because of the Godzilla let's be honest! "

"This place is not bad first time traveling to Japan me and my wife stayed here not sure what to look or expect but did not disappoint. Only one issue was the food/bar staff is great the food is like a 5 but other than that loved it would stay here again on our next trip"

"The room was clean and as described. Walkable to train station with easy access to everywhere. In room washing machine with laundry detergent provided. This is an unmanned apartment-hotel and instructions for check-in were sent 2 days before arrival which were clear and simple to follow. Overall, a great value! Would stay again"

"Good place and location; except my room seemed to be next to some area that had extremely loud machinery that would go off late at night/early morning. Also, the room had a broken shower head that would flood the bathroom floor with every shower. Check in at the desk seemed to take a long time, so best to use the machine if you want to save time. "

"My second time staying here. 8 nights, breakfast is good, though after 8am it takes a bit of time to restock various dishes. Better earlier. Their laundry machines are good and price is reasonable. Dryer works pretty good. I figured out they have a back entrance that's closer to the station, rather than walking around to the main one. "

"This hotel was very close to the Yoga train station and convenient to where we needed to be. Room was fully furnished esp with washer/dryer. Although no restaurants in the hotel, there was family mart and restaurants close by to get food. "
