"Great location, the check in process was easy and as expected in Japan, the staff are excellent. Room was quite spacious which I didn’t expect in Tokyo. It was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. The laundry was good, can set a code so nobody steals your washing. Only 10 mins walk to Tokyo station. "

"This was our second time staying at Tokyo Station. Marie and the concierge team set us up for success before travel and helped make Kevin's birthday memorable. The breakfast buffet team (Chefs, Servers, Head Servers) help start the day off on a solid foot. THe housekeeping team did an amazing jon keeping the room clean and stocked with the appropriate amenities that we used throughout the trip. Looking forward to coming back in 2028! "

"The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent. Right next to the metro station and a short, five minute walk to the Tokyo main train station. Taxis readily available right out front and good shopping nearby. All in all a very convenient place to stay while visiting Tokyo."

"The room was very clean and bigger than all the other standard rooms Japan hotels that we stayed at. Separate toilet room from shower room. Loved that it was a big shower instead of a tub shower. Flooring vs carpeting makes seem cleaner and more modern. Very very close to Tokyo train station and Limousine Bus station made it very convenient. Staff nice and helpful. Would stay there again."
