"The location of this hotel is great, however I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again as the rooms are tiny and very expensive for the price. The laundry had two washer dryers and I didn’t see an ironing board, there’s no way one would fit in the room. I booked a standard twin room and it was a shoebox. Nowhere to put anything. You cannot walk around the beds. I don’t recommend this hotel in Ginza, and would advise anyone to find one with larger rooms for this price. The rooms are so small that all guests spend their time in the lounge on the ground floor which means it is always crowded and there’s no where to retreat to. "

"Would have given 5 stars for everything, except the room air conditioning could not be controlled by each room. We did purchase a fan from an electronic store to keep air circulation in the room and to keep it cooler. Otherwise, great hotel, staff and it would be smart to purchase the breakfast. It was fresh every morning and well stocked. We had a great location for metro, train station, ramen, 7-11 and sites to shop and see. "

Since the hotel is located directly opposite the train station, you can not only hear the noise of passing trains but also feel the vibrations when they go by. What surprised me the most was that the hotel charged a so-called “foreigner tax.” I have stayed at many hotels in Japan, and this is the only one that has ever imposed such a fee, which I found quite unusual and disappointing.
