You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay to accommodate up to six guests! The Nantucket Village soundfront community amenities include an indoor heated pool, tennis/pickleball courts, boat ramp for small watercraft, pier with gazebo and sandy beach. Conveniently located near the Southern Shores line and a short stroll or bike ride to the central Town of Duck!

The space
Enter at ground level with no steps to contend with!
This condo is located in the building that is directly next to the association indoor pool! As you enter the unit you are at ground level where two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located (one master with attached bathroom and the other a hall bathroom). Walk up stairs to open concept main level where living room, dining, well stocked kitchen, additional bedroom, laundry room, and half bath are all located.
Slider door to take you outside to west facing deck from top level main living area and the lower level master bedroom!

You have full access to all areas with the exception of locked owners closets.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Set AC to to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
