Dog friendly oceanfront condo with beach access and Proposal Rock view

10/10 Excellent

"Incredible view through condo to beach, river, and Proposal Rock. Nice patio with seating to enjoy the view with coffee or meals. Bedding was okay for family of 4. We appreciated the fridge and small oven. There is a bridge which crosses the river to beach from condo, however it was closed off. Though we could walk around past all condos and restaurants to beach access from side road. Entry to condo was difficult because messages from VRBO were not coming through. They require a varification process with driver’s license matching selfie. Then give a code. Since VRBO messages were coming up blank, I called number on Expedia receipt, which did get me through to property management for help with room access code. Overall wonderful stay with beautiful view."

"This is a great stay, clean, cute, and a very short walk to the beach. The hot tub was fantastic. I stayed there with my husband and two teenage sons and it was perfect. Neskowin is our favorite place on the coast!"

"The place was great except for the hot tub. The water was green, so we asked the management company to send someone out to check the chemicals, which they did. Unfortunately after they cleaned the hot tub, the heater faulted and the tub temp dropped. It was unusable for the rest of the trip. The management company responded by saying they would send someone out but never did. It was still a great trip, but the hot tub was one of the main reasons we chose the house, knowing what the Oregon coast weather is usually like in early June."

"This property is a piece of paradise; mature trees and shrubs, a side yard, a huge deck, and a path to the beach just steps from the sliding glass door. The place was very clean when we arrived. One of the first things we look for is a coffee maker so we can get a pot ready for the next morning! We appreciated the feeling of privacy as it seemed half the homes in the neighborhood were empty at the time we were there. The beach wasn't overly busy either so we could take leisurely walks with our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, and we found everything we needed to prepare a fresh seafood dinner. We slept comfortably and appreciated the washer and dryer so we could do laundry during our stay."
