The room was nice, the staff were always helpful. One was setting up,but 😴 sleeping. No shampoo or conditioner. The tub is slippery, no matt to lay down. The beds were clean. No hairdryer. However considering everything, it's an affordable place to stay. I will look forward to staying again.

Friendly and helpful hospitality. My room does not smell pleasant at all. My shower head sprayed everywhere. The side floor level door to outside did not lock and other guests noticed too. Carta would've been helpful. Other than that the room is fine but this place needs a little work

The room was clean, very comfortable bed. Courteous staff. Air conditioning did not work, but you could request a fan if it was too hot in the room. No shampoo or conditioner in the room. Parking was available but on a steep hill.

Price was good balue

Good things: Our desk person was so welcoming. She made sure my service dog was allowed. Room was clean. Bad things: we had the noisiest room closest to the freeway off-ramp. Big trucks used their Jake brakes down it all night long. The door had an air gap all around. It let in noise and truck exhaust.

My stay was for one night & it was very comfortable. Check in was extremely busy; but the ladies were working super hard, to get everyone through (Memorial Weekend) The room was clean & comfortable It was good value for money & I would stay here again.
