"I was a little apprehensive when I read a review (after I had booked) about a complain that the hotel was outdated and dingy. I didn't find that to be the case. The minute I pulled up to the curb - Deadrick took care of me and by the time I made it to the front desk, Ebony had my stuff all ready to go. The room was nice and clean. No complaints here. It was a great stay, would stay again. "

"Property was very nice, except extremely bad communication on the observation deck hours. The lady at the desk did not inform us that it was on limited hours and it was not posted anywhere. We were only told that it was closing early Sunday. We ended up checking out early due to having nothing else to do safely. Most all activities around us were closed and there is only so much you can do in a bass pro to keep entertained. When hours of things change signs need to be posted and employees should inform guests. Instead we got a text an hour after we left informing us of the hours of the observation deck. Hotel was beautiful and clean but due to lack of communication probably would not stay here again. "

"Had a great stay in this comfortable home. Location was nice in proximity to downtown and Beale street for evening entertainment and dinner! The home was very comfortable and more than met our needs. Owners were very responsive to any questions and provided all information we needed. Would recommend if coming to visit Memphis! "

"Fantastic place to stay! Great host (very responsive to any needs), great location- close to Bass Pro (in walking distance), downtown and all the sites. Super clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Beds were VERY comfortable, too!"

"Great stay. As described in the listing. There was an issue with HVAC, owner was upfront and told us before our arrival. Things worked out and it was fixed early the next morning. Parking was ample and easy. Four adults and 1 teen stayed comfortably. Great spot! "
