"Standard room, with bathroom - coffee/tea with kettle. (No fridge) Room & property was well presented, clean & tidy & pretty. Staff very friendly & helpful, Breakfast delicious & really enjoyed beautiful terrace view overlooking the sea stunning. Good location, bus stop close 30 mins into Split. "Excellent 5-star hotel with a sleek, modern design and peaceful yet central location by Diocletian’s Palace (a step away, without being in the middle of the chaos). Rooms are spacious (huge for European and even American standards), nicely appointed, and well-stocked (Nespresso, local wine with compliments, bath & shower, double sinks), and every toiletry you might need. The rooftop offers incredible views, a lounge pool, loungers, and excellent food and wine. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had anywhere—delicious and extensive. Spa and gym are impressive—especially the massage from Maja, truly world-class. Service was outstanding, with special thanks to Sara and Barbara. Extra perks made the stay feel luxurious: reserved spa/gym after hours, beach tote with towels, daily wellness specials, even complimentary morning massage (check specials and availability). The crowd is upscale and relaxed. Only downside: room service is extremely overpriced with a €15 delivery fee. Otherwise, exceptional in every way. If you’re staying anywhere but here in the town of Split, you’re in the wrong place.

"Great location!! If you are looking to be a bit closer to the beaches rather than the city center/old town, this is a perfect spot away from all of the commotion. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot! "
"Everything was spotless at the hotel. Since it is a new establishment, both the rooms and furniture are in excellent condition. The lobby is also very clean. There's a cafe and a restaurant attached to the hotel. Ms. Brigita, the receptionist, was friendly and attentive, providing outstanding customer service. She went the extra mile by preparing breakfast boxes since we checked out early in the morning.
There isn't much in the surrounding area besides the supermarket Eurospin, so having a car would be beneficial; the hotel offers free parking. Alternatively, you can take an Uber to get around. There's also a bus stop just outside the hotel, making exploring the city convenient by public transportation."
"Excellent hotel. All staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable & air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was of high quality with plenty of choice. Roof top swimming pool and jacuzzi all in good working condition & pleasant environment. Sauna, steam room & indoor jacuzzi were good. Gym was air conditioned & had a variety of equipment. Walk into Split centre was about 10-15 minutes. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we would stay again."
"This place was a hidden gem. My adult kids also did a free Mediterranean bath, which is part of the amenity who would’ve thought this is such a gem and such a beautiful place. The beachfront is right there. Everything is pretty much walking distance. It is one of the most beautiful locations and there’s more to come in the next year or so there’s gonna be so much in front of the beach that it will be just an amazing place to stay at the drinks the rooftop bar the breakfast. Everything was just amazing. What an amazing location."
