"Lovely house within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and short drive to attractions such as Knaresborough Castle and the famous Viaduct over the River Nidd.Easy drive to nearby towns such as Thirsk, Ripon, York, and Harrogate. The house was very spacious for our group of 5 with a large kitchen, 2 separate sitting areas, and updated bathrooms, 2 with extra roomy bathtubs. The beds were very comfortable as well.There is a beautiful rose garden in back and a side garden. A bonus was Leo the dog greeting us every day, and Dave the landlord next door who gave us a fascinating history of the house, and tips on local places to see and things to do.A total 5 star experience!"

"The place was super easy to find with free parking just over the road. It's so small but super cosy and has everything a couple and their chihuahua could ask for (although we are hook fiends and just love hanging up coats, jackets, bags, towels etc so more of those would be awesome). We enjoyed meeting Knaresborough's friendly locals and found the ice cream parlour, world's end and mitre pubs really nice. Drake's fish and chips was tasty and so was Six Poor Folk. The bus to Harrogate was so easy to use and runs every 10 mins! The walk along the river Nidd was delightful in the sun. Thanks for having us!"
