8/10 Very good! (1,001 reviews)
Hotel was extremely busy on arrival but service was friendly and welcoming. Was hit by unexpected parking charges which added £20 to our bill, but with no children’s price offered for breakfast, we had to spend £50 on breakfast that was really below par due to so many items being unavailable. £12.50 for a child’s breakfast is £££ in my opinion. It made the hotel much less value for money and we would look at alternative hotels in the future.

"Breakfast was very good, much better than other Champneys hotels we have stayed at. Room was nice but the TV unfortunately kept cutting out. Really friendly and helpful staff, and a luxury feel."

7.6/10 Good! (1,003 reviews)
"The hotel itself is incredible, the staff are helpful and friendly and the room was excellent. A couple of negative comments: I stayed in Room 7 which was a real trek from the reception area including a very tight set of steps at the end. Very difficult with a suitcase. The parking gave great confusion. ..."
