"Very rude staff and I do not understand why lobby was alway closed during business hours. 2 nights stay with. 1. Very rude staff 2. No room cleaning after my first night 3. Old and dirty room AC/Heater 4. Ice machine room was closed at least half hour before 11pm as posted on the door. 5. There was no coffee machine in the room 6. As the room was not clean by 4pm, I had to ask for a new bath towel, it took them almost 2 hours to get me a couple as they were being washed I will never come back or recommend it to anyone."

"We checked in really late due to unexpected traffic. We scoured the room and we saw dead cockroaches on the floor. I went to go tell staff and they seemed to be in disbelief and questioned the idea of there being bugs. I told them i took pictures and they could come into the room and check the trashcans to see the remains. All I asked was for them to come and vaccuum the floor. I didnt ask for compensation or anything, just to clean the room. They were rude and never even apologized for the mess"

"Cheap but i can see why…. my room did had 1 tiny roach , im not a freaker so i just kill it and moved on with my life but obviously is something super important to consider for a stay And makes you wonder if thats why is so cheap cause its so dirtyy The bed was fine, no bed bugs only the roach on the restroom. So they dont have the bathtub for use, mine didnt had the “thing” to stop the water and also the floor on the bathtub wasn’t that clean… maybe they should use bleach to clean it so it looks more clean. The restroom Is kinda uncomfortable since its small. They dont have hair dryer. Also no pool towels. Theres no “do not disturb” sign for the room door. Pool area dirty !! No chairs to sit one except for 4 which were dirty. Pool was kinda dirtyy but for things they blow off with the wind. Parking lot dirty but most of them you could see it was the guest fault but it smelt bad and it had few trashcan to the top smelling bad. 2nd night They didn’t clean our room even tho i especially asked for it on recepction due the sign missing of “do not disturb” I found 5 more bugs !!! On the sink and restroom. I did research on this app for this place and it had good reviews but i think there were boots cause then I came here and all i saw was bad reviews, clearly disappointed on choosing this place oh well, one learns. Also no parking the place was absolutely full."
