"The drain in 319 drains so slow you're covered in soap. They had no coffee in the room or in the lobby. I understand there's a renovation going on, but these are simple things. Unfortunately I won't be staying there again. Not worth the $150+ a night at all."

"Room itself was nice. Lobby was clean, fruit infused water was a nice touch. Didn't eat the breakfast. Person working at the front desk was straight up unfriendly and seemed very unhappy. When I walked in she seemed annoyed. Clean, comfortable bed linens and very spacious double room. Walls very thin, so I could hear everything in the adjoining room next to me - baby woke up at 3 AM. Started receiving text messages at 8 AM from an automated BOT asking me what time I'd be checking out and encouraging me to check out online before I was ready. That was annoying."

"We did not complete our stay. The staff was pleasant and agreed to provide a refund. The third floor where our room was located had a terrible smell. The room had wallpaper pealing, broken dresser and damaged ceiling tiles and did not appear clean. The side doors are not secure."
