Fantastic location for dinning, shopping and football! KAT bus stop is at the corner which made it very easy to get to Neyland on game day. Check in was simple. Comfortable beds and enjoyable living space. We will definitely book this space again.

Was in town for a baseball tournament. The downtown area was a perfect place to get up, go for a run, get coffee … good dinner options.

The apartment was wonderful. It is in a great location, easy parking, clean, beautiful mix of mid century and rustic furniture and very comfortable. we didn't want to leave. The owner was very responsive to my inquires. We had 4 in our group and everyone loved it.

AMAZING PLACE

SUPER EASY ACCESS INTO THE BUILDING AND IN A PERFECT LOCATION RIGHT IN THE HEART OF THE CITY. OUR ROOM WAS AMAZING AND VERY HIGH END LOOKING. COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER PLACE TO STAY. WISH ALL OF MY VRBO'S COULD BE LIKE THIS. AMAZING HOST AS WELL THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND MADE EVERYTHING GO SO SMOOTHLY.

Downtown Gem

We had the pleasure of staying in the beautiful condo right in the heart of Downtown Knoxville. Great place, very clean with all new kitchen appliances and utensils. Comfy couch and beds. Can’t recommend high enough. Stroll down the Main Street to many of Knoxvilles restaurants and bars.

Great Location! Awesome Unit!

Pros: Location is perfect and very walkable to Market Square, Mast General, Marble City Food Court, Potchke's deli, Old City, theaters. Washer/dryer very useful duringbrainy season. Spacious for families. Towels are big/fluffy, everything you need! Cons: It wasn't clear where the nearest garage receptacle was located. I honestly believe we put our trash in the one belonging to the restaurant below the condo.

Great apartment, but not a great experience

We stayed here during college drop-off at the university. The apartment is quite cool and located right next to Chivo, which is a great Mexican restaurant. However, our stay was not awesome. The fire alarm in the building went off at 1:30am this first night of our stay. The apartment is on the 5th floor. The elevator was disabled due to the fire alarm. This is understandable, but the elevator did not go back into operation for almost two days. The fire alarm went off at least two more times before things were resolved. Fortunately it went off during the day and not during the middle of the night. The living area is great for hanging out and relaxing.
