I stayed at U Pattaya Bang Saray for 4 nights as I wanted to just completely unwind and relax, and wow did I pick the right hotel to do this in!!... The location is perfect, right on the beach, the hotel is small enough to have that intimate feel, and the rooms and hotel grounds and services are just stunning!! Everything is class from start to finish, the pool and beach areas are superb and the staff, especially Claire are extremely welcoming and professional. The hidden gem of this hotel is...

This was my first time back at Siam Bayshore since before the lockdown. It was just as great as I remember maybe better. It's the only place to stay in Pattaya if you ask me. If you're really into walking street or the beach, it's the perfect hotel, it's walking distance from both. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I usually get the seaview but this time I had the pool view not as good but the walk in shower makes up for it. That's my only dislike, I wish there were walk in showers...

Excellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff and service. Check in and out was quick and very efficient. Breakfast was very tasteful with a wide variety of foods to choose from each morning. The room was well worth the money.

from arrival to check out..all expectations were exceeded......the Concierge Top.. was very helpful...and I have to say all staff were excellent....I would strongly recommend this hotel......

This hotel has excellent beach front with big palm trees providing shadow and sufficient quantity of sunbeds. We wanted to go to military beach but sea was very clean and water was good. Pool is also great surrounded by very nice garden. Staff is attentive. The quality of the room is good for the price we pay during top season. The only minus I had for me that the bed was a bit hard. Overall I would recommend this hotel for greatecbeach holidays.

Amazing! It makes pattaya worldclass

It was a pleasent stay. Peaceful especially having your own pool which would be much better with more privacy. Telephone number given was wrong as we were lost and could not reach them over phone. Food was not so good. We do not eat pork which deprived us from having omelette or fried eggs because the same frying pan is used.

It was ok

Staff couldn’t do more for us, very attentive and happy to help in any way they could. The property is very impressive with multiple pools and a private beach.
