"We stayed in a room on the harbour side. A magical view and fantastic to watch the water craft coming and going. The hotel is pure luxury, brand new, it feels anyway. Breakfast was good and made to order. There is no elevator, however, they have staff that attend to luggage. Be aware that the entrance is on the harbour side, tucked away in a corner. They will also charge you 2000 cash upon arrival for a security deposit. "
"We had an excellent vacation at Koh Phi Phi Holiday resort. We stayed in the Ocean Villa suite. The resort was clean and so beautiful! Staff were attentive and kind. Lots of places to explore and adventures in the surrounding islands. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place! "
"Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day.
The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it.

"Overall very nice hotel, shuttle service was actually working very smooth. Shuttle service to beach or to town was every hour. We really enjoyed the stay. The only downside is pool area, it’s more water park area than pool relax area. "
"Great accomodation, stunning (wooden) rooms. Walking distance to Tonsai beach, but good food and drinks and booking of trips also available in or near the resort. "

"It's directly on the beach which is gorgeous and there is a hidden cove around the corner there is also easy access to Long Beach, so when the beach is in the shade you can go to Long Beach. You can use the accommodations canoe to go round the island to another gorgeous deserted beach. I like the fact the restaurant has sand underfoot. It feels quirky and authentic. The rooms are massive and the decor is very tasteful. "
