"My stay at Movenpick in Patong was truly wonderful from start to finish. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful, making me feel valued throughout my stay. The room assigned to me was spacious, beautifully designed and absolutely exquisite. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Patong. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of delicious options, making it easy to start each morning with a satisfying meal. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from Patong Beach. The shuttle drivers were exceptionally friendly and added to the overall positive experience. I only wish I could have stayed in Patong longer. I’m already looking forward to returning in the near future, and without a doubt, I would choose this hotel again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended! Phuket Graceland Resort And Spa

"We had a lovely stay at Graceland Resort. Our room was fantastic as we had pool access and would definitely book this again Our room was also wonderfully clean thanks to our amazing housekeeper Arisa. She greeted us with a warm and friendly hello and smile each and every day, and when we saw her in-between. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful and are what made our stay great. Some areas of the hotel could do with some maintenance including new fitness bikes in the gym as they didn't work as they should. The gym provided a great range of equipment which enabled us to keep up our gym regime while away. The main restaurant was being refurbished while we were there so we had our daily breakfast at the front restaurant which was superb as we could see the ocean while having breakfast. This was one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel location is superb as it's just across from the beach and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla. A special thank you for my birthday wishes and cake which was an unexpected surprise."
