"We had a lovely stay at Citadines Namba Osaka. It’s either this hotel is brand new or just recently renovated. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. Love the contemporary decor. Our rooms were spotless and slightly bigger than the usual small hotel rooms typical of Japan. We got the rooms with the little kitchen area. There is a residents lounge on the 6th floor with dining tables and chairs, cups and utensils and an espresso machine (which I really appreciated to help start our day of walking and touring). The hotel is close to restaurants, convenience stores, the Kuromon Fish Market and a fairly short walk to the Namba station, shopping center and the Shinsaibashi shopping street which will eventually take you to Dotonbori. Or you can always hail a taxi outside the hotel if you don’t feel like walking. Very convenient stay overall with excellent service from the staff. We would definitely stay here again. "
"It was an excellent place to stay as it is convenient to go to the other place we plan to go. Mostly require only 30min travelling time, even to Universal Studio Japan. The room is reasonable bigger than other hotels, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. "
"Great stay, large clean room, spacious bathroom and nice views on balcony. Easy check in, building was super clean and tidy, close to the train station as well.
Onsen is great but shared with the public too; so it does get busy and with a lot of locals. It’s a really nice facility with sauna, cold bath, honey bath, outside bathtubs and a carbonated bath to name a few.
Overall would definitely stay again and recommend, especially if you’re going to universal. "
"The hotel from top to bottom is amazing. It is spotless and most importantly, filled to the brim with the most courteous and welcoming people I’ve met along my 3-week stay. The hotel itself is very modern and minimalist and my room on the 19th floor was quite spacious. Incredible that everything in the minibar was free (not sure if that is because of the type of room I booked or not) and my views of Osaka from the room were incredible. Thank you to everyone from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between. It is also very helpful there is a DIRECT entry to Namba station on the bottom floor. Tip: when returning it is easy to get turned around so just look for exit 12- this leads you right to the entry for the hotel. Also convenient is there is a Family Mart on the first floor. I never ate breakfast during my stay but I’m certain it is also fabulous. The location of this hotel is great. Again, near train stations, so many fantastic restaurants and lots of shopping! This made it easy to come back and drop off purchases and head right back out! Thank you for the incredible parting gift. I know exactly where I will stay again when I come back to Osaka. Btw Osaka was my favorite of the 4 cities I stayed in. Better than Tokyo in my opinion by leaps and bounds!"
"I feel like we got really lucky this trip or chose really well. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and found it really relaxing. Having the extra amenities were great for my kids. Everything was clean and the staff was lovely. Would definitely stay again!"
"Apart from our bedroom being only a tad on the small side our stay at The NOHGA was simply amazing.
Great small boutique vibe, airy and bright reception with friendly and helpful staff.
Our bed and pillows were so comfortable and the overhead shower was superb.
Breakfasts were plentiful with gorgeous fresh fruits and salads, array of pastries and freshly cooked to order breakfasts.
We ate once at the restaurant. Food was so delicious that we could have eaten more.
Thank you for a great stay. "
