"Staff were excellent, polite, attentive, prompt in response.
Room was large, quite dated though and could use updating, especially the bathroom. Waste basket in bathroom was toy sized.
Onsen baths were great, nice and ample facilities.
Meals were excellent; attended by great staffs."

The vast lobby, with waterfall and decorative pool, add even more to the feeling of elegance. Highly recommended."
