"The property is just as advertised. It was actually closer to "downtown" than i expected. For those visiting Kodiak with multiple people or a large amount of gear, for hunting or fushing, this is ideal. Big Rays (sporting good store) is next door which was huge bonus for us. Clean, convenient and reasonably priced."

"It is a great unit for privacy as this unit is detached from he main house. Nice view from the balcony. Newly renovated bathroom. Host, Stephen was extremely kind and welcoming. Communication was very good. He was very responsive with any questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed here on a work trip and my wife and 1 year old tagged along. Stephen was quick to respond to our needs. We were in need of something every night with the little one. Place was clean and warm with the space heater. There was a extra twin bed we used for the little one. We were also able to rent a truck for the trip which was great to get out an see some bears."

"We spent a couple of nights (+ an unexpected extra night after a floatplane weather delay) at this property and it worked out well for the 5 of us. The unit was clean, easy to access and was across the street from a lovely cove and within walking distance of a really nice state park. It is just off the main road so there is road noise. And it is outside of the town of Kodiak so we relied on taxis which were easy to arrange but kind of a hassle - I’d rent a car next time. Jessica (prop manager)...

"Great communication from hosts, Close to Abercrombie park for running, hiking and beach access. The mattress in the small bedroom (no windows) was a bit older/better for kids. There are no black out curtains in king bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable couches. Appreciated the kids books and toys."
