At the end of a cul-de-sac, this vacation home is peacefully situated on a large, slightly sloping plot. The house is renovated inside and out. From the living room and kitchen, which are connected, you have a beautiful view of the Kolding Fjord and the nature on the opposite side. The house offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation in beautiful surroundings close to the water and not far from the city of Kolding. The area is known for its biodiversity and you may get a visit from deer in the early morning hours. The beautifully landscaped garden adds a romantic atmosphere and can be enjoyed from the terrace, which is placed so that you can always find shade here and enjoy the sun when it shows.

The house has a private jetty from which you can jump into the water or dock your own boat. Walk the 500 meters to the hotel Koldingfjord, where you can dine very well, or cycle through the beautiful nature of the area. If you drive ten minutes, you can experience Kolding's versatility - active holidaymakers, children, art and culture enthusiasts, everyone will get their money's worth here. Visit for example The Art Museum Trapholt, the Koldinghus, the pedestrian zone with nice cafes or the shopping center Kolding Storcenter. In the play park Legeparken many free amusements are waiting.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Wasser mit privatem Steg.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Wasser mit privatem Steg. Es kann dort auch ein Boot festgemacht werden. Toller Ausblick. Perfekt um direkt vor dem Haus beispielsweise mit SUP zu starten und den Fjord zu erkunden. Sehr idyllische Fußwege am Ufer entlang.Die Schlafzimmer des Hauses liegen im Obergeschoss. Recht steile Treppe nach Oben. Im Erdgeschoss ist viel Platz. Es ist alles gemütlich eingerichtet. Größtenteils allerdings Holzfußboden ohne Fußbodenheizung und dadurch bei kühleren Temperaturen Nutzung der elektrischen Zusatzheizung nötig. Mehr Schränke oder Regale in den Schlafzimmern wären schön. Hier wenig Verstaumöglichkeiten.Leider auch etwas sparsame Küchenausstattung. Es fehlt beispielsweise ein Messbecher, eine Waage und die Pfannen sind bereits deutlich beschädigt.

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Anfahrt über engen Schotterpfand, dann aber nur Meeresrauschen in der Nacht. Kolding liegt abseits der schrecklichen Touristenkolonien. Tagesausflüge nach Aarhus, Odense, Ribe, Flensburg und Esbjerg sind bequem machbar. Ohne Auto kein Einkaufen möglich. Ausstattung (Küche) akzeptabel, teilweise mit Patina oder Baumarktqualität (Dusche). Die Betten sind hervorragend, es ist aber keine Bettwäsche vorhanden. Eine eher steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss dürfte mit kleinen Kindern schwierig sein. Die Waschmaschine war nicht funktionstüchtig, wohl weil das Wasser im Nebengebäude gesperrt war. TV nur über Internet. Keine Wallbox.
