This is an older Hotel that feels like its prime time was in the 1970's and has never left that era and that was perfectly fine by us! This was a great experience we were greeted as we drove up to the property by name as they were waiting for us! The attendant grabbed our bags and lead us to the desk where we checked in and did so in perfect English. We were given our kimonos to wear during our visit which we did. We booked half board we got a nice 5 course dinner and breakfast. The outdoor Onsen was amazing and a 10 out of 10 for us!

宿泊施設は古いかと思いますが、キレイにされてました。 何より食事がとても美味しかったです。 季節も十分味わえましたし盛り付けも素敵で、 料理長さんの技術と思いが伝わりました。 ただ、お布団が重かったのと枕も硬かったかな。 こちらの改善されればもっと素敵なホテル？旅館になるかと期待しております。 ありがとうございました。

晚餐好食，員工有禮，甜品生果都好味，露天風呂亦舒服。全場基本上只有本地人，喜歡寧靜的客人應該會喜歡這裡。

とっても良いホテルでした。 建物自体はかなり前から有る物だと思うのですが、リノベーションされた綺麗なお部屋で居心地が良く、お手洗いも最新式で使いやすかったです。 スタッフの方々は良く教育されていて、皆さんとても感じが良かったです。 外国人の従業員さんが多い印象でしたが、日本語がお上手で頑張って働いていらっしゃいました。 お料理も良く考えられていて美味しかったです。

スタッフの対応が皆さん素晴らしいです。施設自体は年数が経っていますが（おそらく）若い方が中心にCX満足度をあげる為に考えて取り組みをされているのだと思います。家族全員満足して気持ちよく利用出来ました。是非また泊まりに行きたいと思います。 ただお布団のサイズが小さく足が出てしまう＆枕が特殊なので、寝具は見直しして欲しいですね。

環境優美寧靜，大部分是日本人入住。溫泉設施很好，有大浴場和露天風呂。食物美味，分量足夠。8月入住時，晚餐後，酒店大堂設有小遊戲及小型甜品bar供住客免費享用，是我意料之外的服務。

This is a very nice onsen hotel and staff is friendly and very helpful, but if it wants to be listed on Hotels.com, it should improve the English level of its staff.

1300年的溫泉旅舍
酒店有提供免費交通車到電車車站，也有賣有折扣的纜車來回票到御在所山，風景很好，服務員態度很好，有一位男性服務員可以說中、英語。該地溫泉已有1300年的歷史，碳酸泉的溫泉湯，很不錯。附近午餐的選擇不多，可以請酒店推薦，或是吃完午餐再到湯之山站然後搭車上山。
