Extremely good experience at Horwood House. Everything from the greeting at reception to housekeeping was faultless. Stayed in a deluxe king room which was as expected but above all, very clean and well maintained. Would stay again if in the area. The Issie’s they have is the staff who while trying to be helpful were masking the fact that many were untrained and in turn unhelpful.
