"This condo unit in Waikoloa Village was wonderful. The unit was super clean and exceptionally well stocked with all the essentials and then some! Communication was great from the beginning of the booking and throughout. Kirsten and the property management team were always available, quick to respond, and very quick to respond. The unit is also a ground floor corner unit, right on the golf course, so it feels a bit more private. And the sunset views from the lanai were breathtaking every single night! The KTA grocery store is less than 5mins away and quick access to a lot of dining options right there in Waikoloa Village, and not much farther down the road to the Waikoloa resort areas for even more options. I would highly recommend this booking and will definitely be reaching out again for future stays when I travel back to the Big Island!"

"This place gave us a true "old Hawaii" feel. The road to the home was rural and authentic. Away from the crowds, yet close to everything. Very clean, fully stocked and so much better than a hotel. Have to say "Diesel" the dog gave us quite the welcome. The bed and pillows super comfortable."

"The host Ruth and her dog buddy were very welcoming and were the life of the property. The small little cottage was very nice and had everything a couple or 2 people would want. She had a lot of water activity supply for use. She also shared some amazing places to eat and to visit while on your trip. "

"This was a beautiful property - perfect for my husband and I to do a vow renewal. We had 9 people, 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and one 10 year old. There was plenty of space, it was convenient and the grounds were gorgeous! The host is amazing and so accommodating and friendly. There are no bathrooms on the bottom or middle floor that are not in a bedroom - this is not a problem for us - but something to consider. I would recommend this property if staying in the area - it’s AMAZING! "

"The host immediately attended to an issue with the cable company and resolved the issue. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with all appliances, dishes etc needed. The beds very comfortable, extra linens and towels. The Amenities were outstanding. Beautiful patio, beautiful landscape and quiet too, although overlooking golf course. "
