"The hotel itself was lovely. Staff were also very friendly and accomodating. The price of the mini bar was ludicrous and for a 5* we expected a bit more inclusive as part of our stay. A lovely place in the heart of Copenhagen."

"We were a group of two couples coming from England and Canada. We loved the hotel, we arrived early and we able to leave our suitcases and go and explore before checking in. The concierge were always so helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing and everything there you could possible want. We did a lot of walking, the main part of the city was around a 15 minute walk, we also used Ubers too which was very easy. Overall would definitely recommend."

"I was very surprised to find out that the rooms do not have phones. If I had any questions about the hotel or wanted to get a wake up call, I was not able to speak with anyone. I had to go down to the desk. "

"Bar offered great selection of lagers and wines also coffee. Room clean on arrival. Quite comfortable room with great bath. Provided plenty of soft towels and a comfortable bed. Great nights sleep 💤 7 minutes walk from train station close to the Trovili gardens and the main shopping just across the square great local for exploring Copenhagen. Highly recommend "

"Hotel in a great location. It was a pleasant stay but the hotel was noisy especially at night; bins being emptied and other guests were audible from our room on floor 1. Might be better higher up the building but I wouldn't stay on floor 1 again. Breakfast was a good self service buffet. Lounge was nice for a coffee or glass of wine."
