"Great hotel with good vibe to its coffee/bakery shop area. Enjoyed our stay but disappointed by communications with staff. We reported 3 bikes that weren’t road worthy but they left them where they were for other guests to pick up and find the same faults. No VIP Expedia upgrade was offered (although we were happy with our room) and no Expedia VIP meal discount accepted in the breakfast despite being advised of its validity. If VIP offers are going to be promoted they should be readily available when guests arrive. "

"My only issue was check out times. We went in a trip and was picked up at 6:30 am and wouldn't be back in time fir check out so we had to check out at 6 am even though we'd only got here and checked in at 10:30 so we didn't have anywhere to come back and chill which made our day very long. Other than that the hotel had no faults, we didn't get to taste breakfast as it didn't open till 6, on the reviews it started at 4 which was the main reason for choosing. The smell when you walk in let's you know that this is a clean hotel."

"I stayed here from 4/16-4/21 while on vacation to Krakow Poland. The positives were that the room was clean, they did clean my room everyday, which was nice. The staff were not as welcoming as I had wished they were. I did ask if I room was ready early, sharing the fact that I had not slept on the way in due to a screaming baby on my flight, and I was denied. I waiting a couple more hours, asked again, and was yet denied. The second time I asked, it was around 1:30 pm. Also, had a charging bank for my phone. As I was trying to make sure I had the right adapters, and was confused a bit, I was not helped at all, and was sent on a goose chase, only to be told by the same reception desk staff that day that my charging bank was useless. Thankfully, it was not. Getting transportation from this location is hit or miss (ie Bolt or Uber) Most of the time, I had to walk to another location to catch these modes of transport. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Very rude staff. "
